Anya Hayden invests in technology companies from the earliest stages, with a focus on AI and B2B globally. She backs founders through a combination of her core venture capital fund alongside targeted co-investment vehicles, with her current fund performance in the top-decile globally. She most recently invested for Founders Fund, who also funded Anya’s first solo capital. Prior to Founders Fund, Anya operated across enterprise and consumer tech unicorns, M&A investment banking, and strategy consulting. Anya has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Vogue, The Economic Times, Entrepreneur India, and Silicon India, is a delegate to the Middle East and Asia with multiple conferences, and has spoken globally for Google and other technology leaders. Anya graduated from Harvard Business School where she served as President of the Student Body. Anya is based in London.
