Nayef Al-Otaibi was appointed as Vice President/Chief Digital Officer on January 1, 2023 moving from his previous role as the Manager of Organization Consulting Department (OCD) of Human Resources for Saudi Aramco, effective 2019. Prior to that, Al Otaibi was a Corporate advisor in the Strategy and Organization Department from February to December 2018. Al-Otaibi’s led various long-term leadership assignments including acting as chief Engineer, General Manager Community Services Operations, Manager of Human Resolurces Policy & Planning Department and Manager of Human Resources Staffing Services Department. He also led Human Resources (HR) transformation program and business process reengineering under the corporate accelerated transformation program. Al Otaibi joined the company in June 1997, after earning a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
