Ramesh Kollepara was appointed Global Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in December 2021, having held the role Vice President, IT Integrated Delivery and Sustainment since June 2020. He is a member of both the Kellanova Global IT Leadership and the Kellanova Global Supply Chain Leadership teams. Ramesh joined Kellogg in 2016 specializing in large scale transformations. He has played a key role in introducing modern cloud and collaboration technology to power business strategy, M&A (Pringles, Keebler, Verival), SAP Implementation and the transformation of IT operating and sourcing models. Prior to joining Kellogg, Ramesh spent 10 years consulting with Tata Consultancy Services in its CPG practice. An accomplished IT executive, Ramesh drives the digital technology agenda by breaking down silos and working end-to-end to embed efficiencies across IT. As an inclusive leader, he empowers his team to build processes that enable effective delivery and sustainment models. He champions capability building, ensuring his diverse team have the skills needed to be successful now and into the future. A philanthropist, Ramesh incorporates human welfare in all he does both inside and outside Kellanova. He believes access to food, education and health need more focus to create an equitable and fairer world. Ramesh is educated from IIT Madras and completed various executive programs including the Harvard Business Development Program. He believes in life-long learning and has attained several certifications in PMP and AWS Cloud Practitioner. Originally from India, Ramesh now resides in Naperville, IL with his wife, Madhu, and their son Ishaan. He has a passion for global travel and experiencing different cultures.
