Mohamad Srouji is the co-founder and tech partner of Tech Stack Authority (UK), a technical due diligence advisory firm. Mohamad also currently serves as the Group CEO for Assentify (Cyprus) and Aperture Solutions (UK), both dedicated for delivering digital transformation and AI powered SaaS solutions for the service industry. Formerly, Mohamad has led the delivery of complex governmental projects and cutting-edge software solutions, with a total net value exceeding 850 million USD. He has served as a digital transformation expert for global consulting agencies such as Arthur D Little, Strategy &, PwC, and Oliver Wyman. With over 200 tech due diligence engagements and 16 tech consultancy missions across four continents, Mohamad's insights have left an indelible mark on the tech landscape. He holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University.
