Dr. Abdulla AlShimmari is the CEO and Founder of HCMS.ai (Human Capital Management System) an AI, ML, and Data Science powered system that helps to close the global skills gap. He received his PhD in AI, NLP, and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) & Masdar Institute of Science and Technology Cooperative Program. He is a member of the National Experts Program (NEP 3.0) in the Technology and Innovation sector. AlShimmari also works in the Engineering Department of Abu Dhabi Police as a Major-Officer & Head of the Research & Development Team. AlShimmari has vast experience in technology, entrepreneurism, and innovation with 14 national and international awards records; he is also a board member of the Arab Youth Research Council and the HCT Industry Advisory Council. Al Shimmari Co-founded several tech-based businesses such as AMS Technology (software, Web/App/Software/AI development company), and RestHero.io., providing affordable Web3 digital transformation packages for MSMEs to sell on Social Media.
