Kai is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in complex situations involving change management, hyper-growth and restructuring. His leadership in Operations is result-oriented, with a focus on building strong, high-performance teams. Kai has experience in M&A: settlement structuring, due diligence, post-merger management. Furthermore, he has extensive knowledge of the international market in 4 continents. Before Udacity, Kai has served as Executive VP at Bertelsmann Education Group, as part of the strategic core team, building a new division for Bertelsmann with an investment greater than $1.5 billion. He was also responsible for the acquisitions, integrations and operations at Grupo Educativo companies. Prior to that, Kai has worked in other companies such as Hotchalk, Arist Education Systems, Global Penguin Random, among others.
