Dr. Razen Al-Harbi is a Petroleum Engineering Systems Specialist at the Upstream Digital Center. Dr. Razen received his B.Sc degree in information and computer science from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), the M.Eng and PhD degrees in computer science from Cornell University, and KAUST, respectively. He is currently leading the IR4.0 and disruptive technologies in Saudi Aramco Upstream; working on several innovative technologies such as Aramco Intelligent Virtual Assistant and Upstream’s Energy Large Language Model (ELLM). His primary research interests include large-scale data management systems, distributed graphs systems and high-performance computing. Dr. Razen served as an external reviewer for several renowned conferences and journal such as ACM TODS, ACM SIGMOD, VLDB, IEEE TPDS, KDD, EuroSys and ICDE.
