I’m a Partner with McKinsey & Company’s Global Banking Practice, based in Dubai. I advise corporate and consumer banks in Middle East, Europe, Asia on topics including growth and digital transformations. I have more than 25 years of experience in business management in banking and my areas of expertise include: cash management, trade financial, securities services, Islamic banking, marketing and sales and customer engagement. Before joining McKinsey, I was a key driver of digital banking transformation at DBS in India and Indonesia and consumer banking transformation at JPMorgan Chase in the US. I believe financial services organizations are at a critical turning point today, with engaging and empathetic leadership – beyond strategic ability - required at all levels to rally employees and firepower the transformation needed to enable sustainable growth in the future. I’m passionate about sharing the lessons I’ve learned through my career to help tomorrow’s leaders be strategic, effective and authentic leaders. I frequently speak and make podcasts and videos about digital, technology, leadership and communication at events around the world. Outside of work, I love to travel, spend time with my family and I am an accomplished black belt kickboxer.
