Lead Knowledge & Impact for the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority: developing 2035 sector strategy from inception, launching innovation streams to direct investments into the space of early childhood development (ECD), building a five-year research strategy, creating impactful collaborations among partners with the development of an insights system derived from cross-sectoral child data, among other first-of-their-kind partnership-driven initiatives. Former advisor at Office of Strategic Affairs, Abu Dhabi Executive Office. Previously, led innovation at the Special Olympics as Chief Intelligence Officer. PhD in Applied Statistics and Machine Learning from University of Alabama. Recipient of scientific achievement awards. Drove research and taught machine learning and business analytics at MIT and Masdar Institute among others.
