Ira Lam is Chief Legal Officer at SuperLayer, the leading web3 venture studio for launching new multi-chain, tokenized consumer products, with a focus on web3 games and game community networks. Prior to SuperLayer, Ira served as General Counsel at Forte, a game platform designed to bring game developers and communities seamlessly onto blockchain, and General Counsel at Rally, a web3 project empowering content creators. Previously, she was General Counsel of Kabam, a leading mobile game company, and HouseCanary, a real estate fintech startup. Ira also worked at Sony PlayStation, where she assisted with the launch of the PlayStation 4 console and multiple blockbuster game releases, including Last of Us and Uncharted and Gran Turismo franchises. She started her career in private practice at the Wall Street law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton, and the Silicon Valley law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Ira graduated from NYU law school and received her BA degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
