As an entrepreneur and startup builder, Patricia Keating is an award winning leader who specializes in nurturing disruptive technology start-ups. After building her own business in 2014 and launching Manchester’s first privately funded tech incubator accelerator in 2017, Patricia moved to Dubai to support the development of the startups ecosystem in the Middle East. She joined PwC Middle East in 2021 launching their strategic engagement with the technology ecosystem through the PwC Ventures practice where she works with clients to industrialize innovation, to design, build and scale high-impact ventures, powered by world-class Scaleups Patricia is part of the PwC sustainability platform looking closely at net zero technologies and the impact they can have on ESG transformation. She recently co-authored the PwC Middle East Flagship COP28 reports including ‘PwC Middle East Net Zero Future50’ shining a light on climate innovation in the region as well as ‘PwC Middle East Climate Tech Report 2022 and 2023’ which reports on Middle East investor trends as well as well as reviewing the state of global climate tech investment into the region.
