Asha is the VP and Global CIO for Data Analytics Asha and responsible for driving data driven profitability, growth and culture at GE Healthcare. Her responsibilities spans Enterprise data platforms and architecture, data management, advanced analytics and Data Science across all the enterprise domains like Commercial/Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Services, Engineering, Quality etc. With a team spread across US, Europe and South Asia key priorities are to build the next generation data platforms, democratize data and AI and enable advanced analytics in support of GE HealthCare’s growth Priorities.

Asha has 22+ years of Digital and Management experience in developing digital strategies to drive business imperatives across several businesses in GE. She has deep expertise in data analytics, product development, and building / leading high performing global teams.

She made it into the Top 20 Women on the Who’s Who in America List.

She is the Deputy Chair of the NEOM Covid-19 Leadership Taskforce and as a Leading Expert for the Global Future Council on Health & Healthcare at the World Economic Forum. She serves on the Global Future Council on Longevity at the World Economic Forum and is a V20 delegate. She received her Doctorate and Master’s Degrees from Harvard and MIT.

Dr Ramses Alcaide

Dr. Alcaide is a neuroscientist, inventor and the CEO and founder of Neurable. As a researcher at the University of Michigan Direct Brain Interface Laboratory, he has worked extensively to develop brain-computer interface technology for people with amputations, severe cerebral palsy and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Previously he was the CEO of Pharo LLC, where he managed numerous high-impact health projects, such as a rehabilitation technology for stroke patients.

Alcaide’s honors include the National Science Foundation Fellowship, McNair and Ford Foundation Fellowship. Alcaide is a two-time Neuroscience Innovators Award winner, a Rackham Merit Fellow and recognized as Medtech 35 Under 35 and a Zell Lurie Top 20 Entrepreneur. Ramses has a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

These programs have earned proven success, addressing high infant mortality rate in developing countries as well as improving rehabilitation and well-being.
Dr. Sana continues with her contributions to research and building industry standards which won her highly prestigious recognitions and awards regionally and globally, as she educates about successful Implementation Framework of Immersive Technologies. An ex-Ambassador to Women of Wearables, Dr. Sana has also held positions at the VRAR Association, The IVRHA, eViRa Health, and the UAE Genetic Diseases Association.
