When will I receive my ticket?

Once registered, you will receive an email to confirm your registration and containing your registration key. In the few days before the event you will receive your QR via email.

How much does it cost to attend?

LEAP is free to attend for visitors.

International travel

Saudi is very much open to international visitors. We expect a large international contingent to participate at LEAP. King Khalid International Airport is the closest airport to Riyadh Front Expo Centre.

All travellers must have a valid tourism visa obtained before arrival.

Visa

All LEAP attendees, exhibitors, visitors, sponsors and speakers require an e-visa from eligible countries to enter the Kingdom. It is imperative that you apply for your visa prior to travelling.

The e-Visa will be a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.

• Complete the application form. You will need to provide personal information including: full name, address, date of birth, passport details and travel plans*
• Pay the e-Visa fee using a credit or debit card
• Once approved, you will receive the e-Visa by email

VVIP & VIP entrance and exit

• VVIP & VIP entrance:
• Take Exit 222 A on Qassim road and stay on this road until coming to a U-turn.
•  
• Once the U-turn has been taken, please remain on this road and then take the first right which will be signposted.
•  
• VIP parking will be sign posted on arrival to the venue which is located beside Hall 1 Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham.
   
• VVIP & VIP exit:
• Exit through the VIP parking beside Hall 1 and take the first right.
•  
• Continue straight through both roundabouts and take the signs for Thumumah road.
•  
• Go right onto Thumamah road until coming to the roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto Qassim road.

Attendee entrance & exit

• Attendee’s entrance:

• Enter through Falcon gate and onto Qassim road.
•  
• Drive straight until the exit for Falcon road.
•  
• Take the turn for Falcon road and continue straight where there will be signposts for parking outside of hall 1 Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham.

• Exit the venue by taking Falcon road.
•  
• Take a right turn and continue straight until signals for a U-turn.

• Once having taken the U-turn, continue straight on Qassim road.

Exhibitor & sponsor entrance & exit

• Drive straight until the exit for Falcon road.

• Take the turn for Falcon road and continue straight where there will be signposts for exhibitor parking. The exhibitor parking is section CP1 which is located outside of hall 1 Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham.

• Note for exhibitors: Light materials can be dropped off at Hall 1 & Hall 2 in the morning from 8am – 9:45 am only. The exhibitor badge is the permit to access the parking.

• Take a right turn and continue straight until signals for a U-turn.

• Once having taken the U-turn, continue straight on Qassim road.

Media team access

• Media teams:

• After Falcon Bridge, take Qassim Road and then take the road for Falcon Road which will bring you to the venue.

• There will be designated media parking located near hall 4.
•  
• Only those with VIP media cards will have access to the media parking.

Media trucks & media exit

• Media trucks:

• All media trucks can access through Falcon Gate and can arrive at the venue from 8am – 10:30am the media trucks section is located beside Hall 2.
•  
• Permits VAPP can issued through our VAPP office at holding area during buildup (1st - 2nd & 3rd March)

• Take Falcon Road leaving the venue.

• At the end of this road, take a right turn and then take the first U-turn onto Qassim road.

Visitor parking

Visitor parking:

• When arriving at Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre Malham, the visitor parking will be located outside Hall 1 in areas: CP1, CP2 & CP3.

Shuttle information

Shuttle information:

• There are 2 shuttle bus locations: Nora University & Hilton Garden Inn land. The shuttle bus drop off and pick up point will be near entrance 1, Hall 1 at Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham.

Nora University

• The buses will be operating from the 4 – 7 March where the buses will be operating from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm on rotation every 20 minutes.

• The distance to the venue is 71km and the travel time will take approximately over 1 hour.

Hilton Garden Inn land

• The buses will be operating from the 4 – 7 March where the buses will be operating from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm on rotation every 20 minutes.
