LEAP is taking place at Riyadh Front Expo Centre in Saudi Arabia. 

The venue is easy to reach and conveniently located. It’s situated in the north-east side of Riyadh. Located on Airport Road, Riyadh Front Expo Centre is very close to King Khalid International Airport. The airport is served by international carriers from across the globe. 

Preferred method of transport is Uber and Careem. Drop off point is near hall 5

The ticket to the event will be sent on email a few days before the event days.

All LEAP attendees - exhibitors, visitors, sponsors and speakers - require an e-visa from eligible countries to enter the Kingdom. It is imperative that you apply for your visa prior to travelling. 

The process for applying for your visa is as follows:

1. Click here to start your e-Visa application process
2. Complete the application form. You will need to provide personal information including: full name, address, date of birth, passport details and travel plans
3. Pay the e-Visa fee using a credit or debit card
4. Once approved, you will receive the e-Visa by email
5. The e-Visa will be a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.

COVID-19 measures have now been lifted in Saudi Arabia. Proof of vaccination status and PCR test results are no longer required.
